I assemble and run high-empathy software development teams (local and remote) and provide the tactical & strategic technology road-maps. I'm a multi-disciplined lead developer. I specialize in real-time web applications, with significant experience in network monitoring, inventory, telecommunications, and CRM systems. My experience with emerging web technologies and best-in-class tools has allowed for rapid adoption and scaling of my projects.

I'm adept in 'Big Data' disciplines, and am experienced in developing scalable collection, storage, and consumption mechanisms. I have strong data visualization skills and am comfortable across a spectrum of database technologies (various flavors of relational, NoSQL, & memory stores).
